NOT 100% SATISFIED? WE'RE HERE TO HELP

If you are not completely satisfied with your GEN-Y Hitch product upon receiving it, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. Our team will work with you to find the solution that best fits your needs.

Whether that means helping you select a better fit, exchanging your product, or processing a return, our team is ready to assist.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you prefer to return your product for a refund:

1. Complete the Warranty/Exchange Form located in the footer of our website within 30 days of purchase.
2. Once approved, you will receive a return authorization.
3. Return the product in new, unused condition, including original packaging.

Upon inspection, a refund will be issued. Some fees may be incurred. 

SUPPORT BEYOND 30 DAYS

Even if it has been more than 30 days, we still want to hear from you. If your product is not performing as expected or you are experiencing an issue, please reach out to our team. We are committed to finding the best solution.
