Fiber Flat Laser Cutting

Our Mazak fiber laser cuts .030" to 2" steel from full 5'×10' sheets with extreme precision, leveraging advanced automation, in-house nitrogen, and expert operators for clean, efficient results.

Automated Saw

Our robotic saw automatically loads and cuts steel to precise lengths, ensuring consistent, repeatable components ready for machining and fabrication.

Our vertical mills create hitch components with precision cuts, drilling, and finishing—preparing shanks, hitch balls, and welded parts for final assembly and powder coating through continuous, pallet-changing operation.

Horizontal Milling (Steel)

High-precision horizontal milling adds critical features and hole patterns to shanks, link arms, and cast heads, ensuring accuracy and consistency before parts move on to welding and final assembly.

Our dual spindle, dual turret, live-tooling steel lathes machine complex features—profiling, grooving, slotting, and internal and external threading—in a single setup, efficiently producing GEN-Y products and custom components from round and square stock.

Brake Press
