Wholesale Buy Back


🔁 GEN-Y HITCH BUYBACK POLICY

Effective for All Wholesale Accounts

To keep things smooth and efficient, GEN-Y Hitch follows these clear guidelines for product buybacks. Read carefully before submitting a Buyback Form. One form per location is required.


🚫 NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

  • No customer returns

  • No used, damaged, or altered products

  • Only NEW & UNUSED items in original packaging

No exceptions will be made.


📦 PACKAGING & CONDITION

  • Product must arrive in original packaging and be factory fresh

  • Up to 5% deduction may apply if packaging or product is damaged upon inspection


📝 RMA REQUIRED

  • An approved GEN-Y RMA must be included with every return

  • Returns without an RMA will not be processed


💸 CREDIT ISSUANCE

  • Credit is issued only after product inspection and approval

  • Return freight is your responsibility

    • Include tracking number and carrier name


💰 RESTOCKING FEE

  • All buybacks are subject to a restocking fee, which will be deducted from the issued credit


🔁 OFFSET ORDER REQUIREMENT

To qualify for a buyback, wholesale accounts must:

  1. Submit the product value being returned (verified with invoice or PO)

  2. Place an offset order for:

    • 2x the buyback value (standard items)

    • 1x the buyback value (discontinued items)

RMA will only be issued once the offset order is submitted.

✔️ Product is new and unused
✔️ Buyback Form submitted (1 per location)
✔️ RMA included with shipment
✔️ Return freight paid and tracking provided
✔️ Offset order placed
✔️ Restocking fee accepted
✔️ Credit issued after inspection
