Absolutely love this torsion-flex shank. It really smooths out the bounce of my travel trailer - 37ft @9500lbs. Before adding this to my weight-distributing system, there was a significant amount of bounce; now there is minimal bounce even on rougher roads. The movement, when it does start, stops very quickly due to the BOSS.
Amazing ride. Smoother than expected. We towed for 2 hours today with our new torsion-flex hitch and can’t believe the difference! We’ve towed our 7,000 pound trailer from Key West to Florida and everywhere in between over the last 3 years, and I wish I had this hitch for all those miles.

Had purchased a used 6” drop Boss Torsion Flex hitch with weight distribution. Loved it! Purchased a new tow vehicle requiring the a longer drop. Told my wife I am not towing a camper unless we purchase the new hitch. Takes the jostling out that you feel while towing and makes the ride feel smooth and safe. Highly recommend. Worth the cost.

Using between an F350 and 10k gvwr travel trailer with weight distribution. If there was any shock between truck & trailer, there isn’t anymore. Works as advertised. No noticeable reduction in towing or backing performance.

For the person like me that feels the hitch is too expensive. It is worth every penny and you will tell the difference within 5 miles. I will never own another hitch.
