I needed a hitch extender so my tailgate wouldn’t impact the top of the trailer jack when it was lowered. The problem is, most extenders on the market are cheap and flimsy, limited to 5K pounds max. Thank goodness Gen-Y has a beefy, robust extender with a 10K capacity! Solid, safe, and capable, and solved my problem! Note: Remember- when you get an extender, you may need to get longer safety chains or power cord for your trailer. Plan ahead!
