I like the hitch, but they need to make it less tall, we had to block our trailer as this adds a good 4″ of hight on the neck even when all the way up. Other than that, does for sure make a smoother ride

The Spartan should be the standard hitch used by all trailer manufacturers. Can’t believe the difference in ride quality. Well worth the money!
Absolutely the best RV product I have ever purchased. Hard to believe how effective this hitch is at reducing chuck and fore and aft jerking. Just drove 2800 miles towing a 17,00 pound toy hauler from Utah to Anchorage Ak. Typical winter frost heaves along the entire length of the Alcan Hiway. The Gen-Y gooseneck hitch performed flawlessly. The trip southbound in January was quite rough. The return trip north was an entirely different experience. Still not quite like glass but massively improved. The new hitch is so valuable to me that when parked in storage I remove it and store it inside for theft protection. Everyone should buy this product as it actually performs as advertised, possibly better. Thanks Gen- Y.

I have been using hitch for about 2 weeks on my gooseneck and notice a great difference in the ride. The huge down side is hooking up trailer with the safety pin instead of a quick latch horrible experience. Gen Y sure can do better than that so thats why i would currently not recommend this.
