This product is amazing! I love having my bed space back. The offset is just enough that I have clearance on turns yet the trailer doesn’t sit far back that it feels unstable. And the best part when I switched to a Ford I was able to just buy the black plate and transfer the ball and front pins to the new plate. Everything has been top quality and the same for the customer service.

When receiving the first order for the 5″ offset unit the black adapter plate was mislabeled as another part # and did not fit my GMC 2500 2019 factory puck system (Sent 2020 + GMC). Customer support was very responsive and helpful and corrected the issue and sent the correct adapter plate as soon as I sent prepaid UPS confirmation of the shipment of incorrect adapter. The unit works great and gives an additional 1 1/2 inch +/- of bed rail clearance along with the added convenience of the 5″ extra clearance of hooking up and backing in to a spot.
We had to return this item because unbeknownst to us, the truck’s previous owner changed the Ford OEM Puck System to a B&W puck system. Gen-Y made the return process hassle free.
Easy to install and works perfectly!! Customer service is excellent, I ordered one hitch and needed a longer neck to work with my truck’s factory hitch. They were prompt in sending a return label and the correct hitch. 110% would order from them again!
