Does Your Truck Have a Lift Kit?
Got a lift, no problem! Even if you have a lift kit, this hitch can still be of use! However, there are a few things to think about when towing with a lifted vehicle.
Long drop hitches (12″ or more) will put additional leverage on the vehicle receiver. Therefore, in some cases, receiver hitch manufacturers will reduce ratings by as much as 50%.
A long drop hitch will also typically create a lot more movement due to the added length and drop of the ball mount. Using the Stabilizer Kit (GH-0100) will tie the bottom of the GEN-Y adjustable drop hitch into the frame of the truck which will take the stress off of the receiver as well as keeping the bottom of the ball mount from moving, ensuring a safe towing experience.

Great item except the details don’t tell you the stacked receivers use a 3/4 hitch pin making it very difficult to use my existing hitches without permanently modifying them. This fact is only noted in the diagram, but should be listed explicitly to keep others from making the same mistake.

These hitches are one of the best adjustable hitches i have ever used. Very clean, well constructed hitches and I am very impressed with the durability as well. For example I had lent it to a friend to use to haul a 24’ enclosed trailer loaded with probably 8-10k lbs in it and he bottomed it out pulling into a gas station and all it did was put a minor indent into the metal. It Did not even take paint off. I probably won’t ever use another hitch. Injunction with the anti rattle bracket you put around the shaft makes it more smooth ride and more satisfying when hauling. I very much recommend buying this hitch.

Solid and versatile. On the 3” receiver of an F350 you can only use a 5/8” pin (even though you have both 5/8” and 3/4” holes on your 3” box connection). Assume this lowers the overall rating to 21000lbs, so negates the benefit of purchasing the 32000lbs version.

Hitch is great. Locking pins needed for hitch not the receiver is 3/4 inch not 5/8. Reps gave me bad info on pin size but the hitch performs awesome
